How We Began

Eastall Precision Engineering was started in 1995 by Managing Director Jonathan Eastall as a small general engineering business. By mid-1997 we began trading as a Company and we moved from Salisbury to much larger premises in Coopers Plains. In May of 2008 we moved to even larger premises - this time our own purpose-built building. Since then our company has grown exponentially and is in a state of continual improvement.
We are constantly challenging ourselves to improve our processes, our quality managementsystems and our health and safety within the workplace.

OUR NICHE

BUSINESS MODEL

Realising a niche in the marketplace, we developed the business to provide a wide variety of services in-house, which eliminating the need for customers to manage and coordinate multiple suppliers for the manufacturing of their products. Through this process we created a business model that allowed for streamlined manufacturing through effective management and cost-controlled production. We have also developed strong working relationships with various suppliers to complement our in-house capabilities.

The 4 Divisions Of Eastall Precision Engineering

At Eastall we utilise 4 different divisions to create our products. The divisions can be broken up into:
General Engineering
CNC and Repetitive Machining
Fabrication
Specialised Project Work
We find our customers appreciate the scale of our business, as they are able to deal directly with knowledgeable staff that can give advice on how best to meet their specific requirements. Our minimal hierarchy also ensures that we can be effective and transparent with our internal communications, minimising the need for complexity in our paperwork and management systems.
